How to use more than one filter on Snapchat

We’re always trying to share our best Snapchat tricks to make your snap game as strong as it can be, and we know that one of the most important decisions is choosing a filter. Thankfully, it turns out that you don’t actually have to choose just one filter. In fact, you can choose up to three.

Note, though, that you can only have one of each type. This means you can combine a temperature filter and a black-and-white filter, but not a temperature filter and a time filter, or two different coloured filters, etc.

How to use multiple Snapchat filters at once

1. Take a snap as usual, and choose any filter you want.

2. Press the screen with one finger and hold it there, and then swipe with another finger (just like you did when adding the first filter) while still pressing onto the screen. This should give you the option to add another filter.

3. If you’re feeling really wild, you can repeat Step 2 again to add yet another filter onto your snap!

4. You can also add text in addition to all of these filters.
